Handling Emotional Situations Through Body And Voice

Have you ever found yourself having a difficult conversation with someone and found your heart rate going up, your body tensing, your voice getting strained?  Have conversations like that ever run away with you and you have ended up either in a full on emotional shoutfest where no communication is had bar the sound of each person’s voice getting louder and louder?

Do you ever look back on difficult situations and in hindsight think of awesome things to say in a calm manner and wish you had been able to do that at the time?

Dr. Louise Mahler’s unique blend of a wealth of experience from two completely different worlds; the world of Performing Arts (she is a well travelled and talented Opera singer) and the world of Business (she holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, a Masters in Statistics AND a PhD in Communication), has allowed her to bring a different perspective to the skills of rapport building and communication which every coach could do with learning.  She is a master of the art of communication and recently treated ANZI Coaching webinar participants to a rollercoaster whirlwind presentation on how to handle exactly those types of situations in proper real time (not hindsight which, as we all know, is a fine thing) both calmly and effectively to the benefit of both parties.

But don’t just take my word for how utterly brilliant this webinar was.  Here is what some of our listeners said:

“This was such an engaging webinar. I’m certainly with others about wishing I’d come across Louise earlier, before I lost my cool with someone! At least now I know what to do next time so thank you Louise and thank you ANZI Coaching!” – Vivian Ow, Target Coaching

“Louise Mahler’s presentation has been the first of many, where I’ve sat listening laughing out loud and absolutely being with her in the moment; never wandering off with my thoughts! I totally loved both content and presentation. Thank you Louise”
